Playlist

My writing playlist is uber-important. The amount of work I get done in a day is directly linked to what I’m listening to, and it’s absolutely essential I’m listening with headphones. Even in a quiet room, all by myself, I can’t concentrate unless it’s pumped directly into my brain.

I’m forced to take a lot of my favorite songs out of a playlist because I like them so much, they’re distracting. Some songs, I just have to sing along to. I don’t know about you, but I can not write new content, AND sing along to a favorite song at the same time. These songs go back into the massive pool of generality…

What are your most distracting songs?
